Occassionally, I try my hand at the culinary arts. Now that I have a digital camera, I will start posting recipes complete with what the final product looks like in my interpretation.
My recipes are mostly from Mom's kitchen; thus most of them are from the Russian & Uzbek traditions. Here we have:

- Плов (plov) - rice with lamb, traditional Uzbek dish
